FULL OF GRACE

Welcome

Welcome to our Festival Day of Faith and prayer, inspired by pilgrimage to the Shrine of Our Lady of Walsingham. Like everyone else, we are still working within the COVID restrictions, and so thank you for helping to create a safe and sacred space.

The arrangements of the day are also determined by the weather! It is our hope to hold as much as possible outdoors, and also to use our outdoor space as a place to socialise – but the weather forecast, after such a sunny few days, seems to be light rain showers!

Depending on the numbers of people attending, both the gardens on Bute Street and the area of the car park at the other side of the church (which will be cordoned off as a courtyard) will be available for us to socialise so, if possible, please do enjoy the gardens and outdoor space. Coffee and Tea will also be available through parts of the day but, again, the arrangements for this will be determined by COVID and weather restrictions in place at the time!

SAFETY: Please remember the need to keep maintain social distancing inside the building when you will also need to wear a face covering (unless you are exempt) and to sanitize your hands on entry and exit. If rain ‘stops play’ outdoors, we will arrange tables and chairs inside the building with the rule of 6 for use during times of socialising and at lunchtime.

We’ve created this webpage so that you will have easy access to all you need throughout the day but we will also have some paper copies available for those who are unable to access this.

Stations of Creation

We also have a QR Code Prayer Trail in our gardens – one for adults: Stations of Creation and one for children: God’s Garden Adventure which you can access on your smartphone.

The Trail begins around the side of the church in our “Wild Side!” Please also feel free to use these in your own situation or in your own parish. Either print off the cross designs from our website – or you can purchase similar crosses from us!
