Sea Sunday: Act of Remembrance for Merchant Seafarers, Mass, Coffee and Cupcakes in the gardens: Sunday 11th July at 11am
Full of Grace: a festival of faith, prayer and pilgrimage inspired by the Shrine of Our Lady of Walsingham: Saturday July 24, 10am – 4pm
Under the Same Sun Interfaith Eco Event: Sunday August 8 at 5pm
Assumptiontide Festival: Sunday August 15 at 8pm

God of the Wild Side
SUNDAY 20TH JUNE | 5PM | An outdoor event in our Wild Side. It’s time to pray, think and do, with discussion and bible study as we consider what our faith says about caring for creation, and it’s all wrapped up in a nature friendly action! Booking essential at Eventbrite
Sharing our ID
THURSDAY 24TH JUNE | 7PM | An informal session for people to discover what they can do to share the riches of St Mary’s Church with a wider audience. There are plenty of volunteering opportunities for all to share or learn new skills, and engage with the local and wider community, as well as tourists and visitors to our city. Registration is essential. (NB the change in date)
Walk this Way
SATURDAY 3RD JULY | 12.30PM | An opportunity to walk with others using some of our Faithful Butetown walks published on our website, as we uncover some of the religious gems of the past and present, walking thorugh Butetown and into Cardiff Bay. SUNDAY 11 JULY | 10.45 AM | Join us as we remember and pray for seafarers and their families & give thanks for their lives and their work. With an Act of Remembrance, celebration of Mass with Blessing of the Sea, followed by Coffee and Cake in the gardens. Booking Essential (Covid regulations)
Full of Grace
SATURDAY JULY 24th | 10AM to 4PM | A festival day of faith, pilgrimage and prayer inspired by the Shrine of Our Lady of Walsingham, with Bible Study, Mass, Eucharistic Adoration, Rosary and Prayers. Details will determined closer to the date subject to restrictions.
SUNDAY 15 AUGUST | 8.00 PM | Usually, this is one of the most significant events in our Calendar, which we missed out on last year! More details will be available soon, as we
ill obviously be guided by any COVID restrictions in place at the time.
Our Wild Side and gardens are an ideal place for children and young people to get close to Nature
During the Summer Holidays, we’ll be rolling out fun activities to discover nature in the heart of the city!
